I dare you. The challenge everyone has faced including JConcepts. JConcepts dares to be
different with the latest introduction for the SC10, the Dare body. Cut through desert type terrain
like never before with the latest style JConcepts has to offer.

The Dare is different and specifically designed for the hottest truck in R/C - the Team associated
SC10.   As the saying goes, if it looks good, than it runs good. Well JConcepts has taken that
saying to higher ground with the Dare – SC10 body.   Starting with the visor and grill mock lights
this truck appears to be headed in the right direction. The Dare represents the latest in trends by
offering a completely redesigned off-road truck body. The cab, bed and fenders are all areas of
focus on the Dare and without disappointment the new SC10 body slides into the front of the
pack.   In addition, one of the highlights of the styling cues includes extra fender clearance to
    eliminate troublesome tire rubbing issues.

Everyone knows that the SC10 is all about fun and the inevitable Dare from the competition. Be
the first, top off your SC10 with the new body by JConcepts, I dare you.

    Features:

Original JConcepts – Dare desert based styling
Off-road inspired body, cab and window design
Realistic visor and grill mock lights with decals
Clear heavy-duty polycarbonate with protective film
Window masks and detailed decal sheet
Extra wheel well clearance for more consistent performance

    GRP Engines No More
Contributed by Drew - There are 1 comments

    Posted: 17-June-2009
A couple weeks ago the GRP company had a major fire that took out
their entire plant. They just released a Press Release saying they are
rebuilding and started a new company, MRP S.r.l, but have decided to
    not continue with engines.

Official Statement from GRP Srl (New MRP Srl)
"Following our official statement dated 1st of June, after the horrible
event which has involved our factory, we have managed to reorganize
ourselves and to constitute a new company which has taken over the
tire project, to follow up the production under GRP brand. The most
important thing is that our staff has not changed since both Gandini’s
are always in charge of the GRP Tyres’ project, to guarantee once
again quality products, which has always distinguished GRP brand.

Concerning our engine line we have decided to cease the production
for good, mainly because all machinery and tools were destroyed in the
fire along with all our stock of spare parts.

These are all details of our new company:
MRP S.r.l.     (Where MRP stands for Model Racing Production)
    Via Henry Dunant, 49
    46040 Guidizzolo
    Mantova
    Italy
    VAT number (New!): IT02263020204
    Tel.: 00 39 0376 847417
    Fax: 00 39 0376 847306
    E-mail (New!): info@grpgandini.it
    E-commerce (New!): www.grpgandini.it

Therefore, from now on all orders will be invoiced as MRP Srl and you
should use only and exclusively the new bank’s details for all your
future payments, that you will receive with our pro-forma invoice after
    the receipt of your order.

Our restart is very difficult and it will take place step by step. You find
here our production program, to have an approximate idea of when
each of the following line is in production again:
    1:5 TC – Now!
    1:8 Rally – Now!
1:8 Buggy – End of June! (Including our new Plus and Cayman models)
1:5 Buggy – Middle of July!
1:8 On road – End of July!
1:10 TC nitro – End of July!
1:10 TC electric – End of July!
    1:5 F1 – End of July!
Gadgets Line – From January 2010!

In spite of all our difficulties that have increased all production costs,
we have decided to maintain our pricing policy as it went into force
    starting from January 2009.

Concerning our new e-commerce, it was ready to be up and running
but now we need some days more to modify it according to our latest
production schedule and we reckon to be able to have it on-line by the
end of June. However, we will let you know the exact date for it with a
    separate e-mail.

We do apologize for all inconvenience caused and we take this
occasion to thank once again all drivers, customers and friends who
are encouraging us to keep going in this difficult time.

    In faith,
    Maurizio & Stefano Gandini

SA: 1/10 Comp Crawler Race Roller

Looks like Losi is doing something about those comp crawlers!

"Service Announcement: 1/10 Comp Crawler Race Roller

It has come to our attention that some consumers are experiencing instances of
failure with the Front CV Driveshafts (LOSA3192) included in the initial shipment of
the Team Losi® Racing 1/10 Comp Crawler Race Roller® (LOSA0051). Losi is taking
action to correct this issue by allocating replacement Front CV Driveshafts to dealers
who received product from the initial shipment, Horizon Product Support, as well as
    providing replacements directly to consumers.

Starting the week of June 22, 2009 Losi will be sending dealers one free set of
replacement Front CV Driveshafts for every three 1/10 Comp Crawlers received from
the initial shipment (each set includes two driveshafts). Losi is asking dealers to
include these replacement parts with the sale of any 1/10 Comp Crawlers remaining
on their shelves. Initial supplies of this replacement driveshaft are limited, but
additional quantities are in transit and will be received by months end.

We understand that consumers may inquire about replacement parts for a Comp
Crawler they have already purchased from your store. We ask that you please
direct those consumers to the Resources tab of the Comp Crawler product page on
www.Losi.com where they can complete an online form to have one com
