Defective Merchandise
If for any reason you receive what you believe to be defective merchandise, please e-mail us at sales@rcbros.com and we’ll be sure to replace the defective piece(s) for you.

Shipping and Handling
(We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays). Our web store will compute correct shipping charges for domestic shipping within the United States. We ship everything USPS Priority Flat Rate  unless arranged via e-mail. All shipments come with an online USPS confirmation number, these numbers are subject to be updated via USPS. RcBros is not responsible for timely updates.
RcBros is a part time business and orders are updated in the evenings and shipped in the morning. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be updated and shipped. We try our best to ship and update every day, however sometimes a short delay can occur.

Product Warranties and Guarantee's: 

All warranties and guarantee's, including missing items, are handled directly by the original manufacturer of that item and should be sent to them, not RcBros Hobbies. Most product warranties are handled with the manufacture. Every manufacturer's policy is different; in some situations, the manufacturer or supplier may prefer to handle the issue directly and RcBros Hobbies will not be able to offer you a solution directly. In any case, we will help you follow the proper channels in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Most manufacturers will repair or exchange defective products according to their warranty policies. If the manufacturer does not handle your claim to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you

Canceling Orders
We cannot cancel orders that are already packed and/or shipped. If your order has already been shipped by the time we receive your cancellation request, you must go through the return process and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refused Orders
If you decide to refuse an order upon attempted delivery, your order will be subject to fees associated with the return. Including but not limited to a 20% restocking fee, two-way shipping charges, etc... All fees are subject to RcBros Hobbies discretion. We strongly recommend that you accept the merchandise and then proceed through our normal return process.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. No refund will be issued after 60 days from the original payment date; store credits will be issued. All refunds are subject to approval by RcBros Hobbies. Refunds to credit cards may take 3-5 days for processing by the bank or credit card issuer. This is beyond our control and we cannot decrease the processing time. You will need to contact your bank for assistance.

Pre-orders/Backorders
From time to time RcBros Hobbies will offer special pricing for customers that are willing to commit to purchasing a new item before it is available. All orders must be paid in full to be considered valid and are non-refundable. At RcBros Hobbies discretion pre-orders may be canceled and store credit ONLY will be issued. Pre-orders are filled in the order they are received, as the product becomes available. If the order is not paid in full at the time, the item goes to the next order in line that is paid. Most coupon codes are not valid on pre-orders, as pre-orders are already at a marked down price. Orders with pre-order items or backorder items will be held until they can be completed. If the customer wishes the in stock items to be shipped at time of purchase there will be an additional shipping fee for the second shipment. If an order containing a backorder or pre-order item qualifies for free shipping and the customer decides to cancel the aforementioned item, and the order subtotal falls below $150, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees.
RcBros Hobbies wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their shopping experience with us. If for any reason you don’t like or don’t want something you purchased from RcBros, you may return New and Unused merchandise within 30 days unless the item is a special order item; special order refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please purchase insurance for any return shipments, as we are not responsible for merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit. New and unused merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. If you choose to refuse your package upon delivery, once we receive the package back to our store, we will refund your order minus any fees associated with your package.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail International Flat Rate Envelopes. We are not responsible for international ship times however we do our best to help those waiting for longer then 4 weeks. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us.
Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. If you put some items in your shopping cart and start the checkout process, you can see what the shipping charges will be without actually needing to complete an order.
